Over 272 Million People Infected with Covid-19 Worldwide

The total number of people infected with Covid-19 worldwide has exceeded 272 million, as reported by Worldometers.

According to the same statistics, more than 5.34 million people have died from Covid-19, while the number of recoveries has surpassed 244 million.

Currently, there are 22 million active Covid-19 cases around the world. The United States has reported the highest number of Covid-19 cases, totaling 51 million, followed by India with over 34.7 million cases.

Brazil, the United Kingdom, and Russia follow in the list of countries with the highest number of infections.
