“If the Question is Properly Formulated and Delivered to Society, the Success of the Process Will Be Guaranteed” - Tigran Abrahamyan
The number one agenda issue for the political and social level, as well as for the average citizen of Artsakh, is security. This was stated by Tigran Abrahamyan, an MP from the ‘Honorable’ faction, who added:
“Every issue revolves around the context of security systems, the final status of Artsakh, and uncertainty about the future. Development, social, and infrastructure programs are important, and people feel their necessity; however, security remains the foundation of any significant decision. It is evident that there are issues that are related not only to Armenia and Artsakh and resolving them requires enormous diplomatic efforts. However, there are problems for which solutions exist within the pan-Armenian domain, and even in those cases, effective measures are not being taken.”
There is much discussion about whether systemic solutions should start from Armenia or Artsakh. Opinions vary, but I believe that processes should start simultaneously in both Armenia and Artsakh. At the core of the greatest challenge, or as I would say, the foundation for effective solutions lies in defining the correct benchmarks of the ideological field. If this issue is properly formulated and conveyed to broad segments of society, the success of the process will be guaranteed.”
