Minister of Emergency Situations Andranik Piloyan May be Appointed Chief of General Staff

According to reports from the 'Hayots Ashkharh' newspaper, the authorities are facing a serious personnel issue within the Ministry of Defense and various other government offices. To address this gap and replace weak leaders with stronger and more professional individuals, a series of transfers have begun.

The newspaper has learned that there is uncertainty about whom to replace numerous officials with, due to a shortage of professionals.

'Hayots Ashkharh' previously reported that the Chief of General Staff, Artak Davtyan, is set to be relieved from his position, with his first deputy, Kamo Kochunts, being suggested as his successor. However, according to rumors circulating in the Ministry of Defense, Kochunts has declined the political authority's offer.

As for who will take over as the Chief of General Staff, the authorities are still in search. It was mentioned yesterday that Minister of Emergency Situations Andranik Piloyan may be appointed to the position.
