14 Patients in Extremely Serious Condition Amid Pandemic Situation in Artsakh

On December 14, a total of 592 tests were conducted, resulting in 38 new cases of coronavirus in Artsakh. Currently, 93 infected individuals are receiving inpatient treatment. Doctors assess the condition of 14 patients as extremely serious, and 56 as serious, including young individuals. Mild cases are being treated on an outpatient basis, reports the Ministry of Health of Artsakh.

During 2021, a total of 28,711 citizens were tested for laboratory detection of the coronavirus, with 4,576 of them returning positive test results. The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Artsakh once again urges citizens to follow the instructions to avoid new outbreaks and to overcome the coronavirus infection as soon as possible.

“We inform the public that it is necessary for the residents of the republic to get vaccinated against COVID-19 as soon as possible to protect your health and that of your loved ones. Vaccinations against COVID-19 are being carried out at the outpatient clinic of the Republican Medical Center of the Ministry of Health of Artsakh until 19:00, at the ‘Arevik’ Medical Association, at the Center for Epidemiology and Hygiene, and in the regional medical associations of Askeran, Martuni, and Martakert.
