My Family is Receiving Threats: Aspaham Krapeian

The deputy from the 'Armenia' faction of the National Assembly, Aspaham Krapeian, has issued a statement.

"To the knowledge of the mass media and social media users, I inform you that a certain absurd writing, allegedly produced under dubious circumstances, has been disseminated through various news websites and fake accounts. This writing has no relation to reality. The memory of Armenia's national hero Tatul Krapeian, along with his family's name and honor, is periodically tarnished by this false information for certain political considerations, aimed at discrediting the hero's memory, his good name, and reputation. We have repeatedly appealed to media outlets and individuals to refrain from spreading rumors about the Krapeian family. Certain individuals and circles, disguised under fake accounts and claiming to be 'patriots' or showing more 'love and devotion' to Tatul Krapeian than us, have begun to openly issue threats to my family, as well as through personal messages, motivated by various political reasons. I once again urge you not to spread unverified, false information, as it creates a platform for the propagation of hate speech. I demand that the media and individuals remove the aforementioned false writing from their websites and pages and cease the threats directed at us," Aspaham Krapeian stated on December 12, 2021.
