New COVID-19 Cases Recorded in Artsakh

On December 10, 394 tests were conducted, resulting in 30 new cases of COVID-19 in Artsakh, according to the Ministry of Health of Artsakh.

Currently, 97 infected individuals are receiving inpatient treatment. Doctors assess the condition of 13 patients as extremely severe, while 52 are in serious condition, including young adults. Mild cases are being treated on an outpatient basis.

In 2021, a total of 27,501 citizens have been tested for the laboratory detection of the coronavirus, of which 4,470 have returned positive test results.

The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Artsakh once again urges the public to follow guidelines to avoid new outbreaks and to overcome the coronavirus infection as soon as possible. It is essential for the population to be vaccinated against COVID-19 promptly to safeguard their health and that of their loved ones.

Vaccinations against COVID-19 are being conducted at the outpatient-polyclinic department of the Republican Medical Center of the Ministry of Health of Artsakh until 19:00, as well as at the “Arevik” medical unit, the Center for Epidemiology and Hygiene, and regional medical units in Askeran, Martuni, and Martakert.
