I'm Not Selling Land. Do You Know I'm Nikol? 'Hraparak'

‘Hraparak’ newspaper reports: “Young businessmen arriving in Armenia from abroad have decided to set up greenhouses in a certain region on a fairly large area and have started negotiating with local farmers to buy their land. Some have readily agreed, as these lands are hardly cultivated, while others hesitated and then agreed, and some have thrown out high numbers that were mostly received. However, the thing is, if even one of the individually purchased plots refuses to sell, the program will not be feasible.

It turns out that there is an elderly man in the planned area whose land is almost in the middle, but he does not want to sell his land at any price; no matter what price they offer, he does not agree. And the huge project, which is also beneficial for the region and could create thousands of jobs, is collapsing. The businessmen are resorting to a thousand methods and people to talk to the owner and convince him. The elderly man proudly declares: 'I’m not selling land. Do you know I’m Nikol? Don’t bother me with that question again.'”
