Azerbaijani Armed Forces Open Fire on Armenian Positions: Ministry of Defense

On the evening of December 8, units of the Azerbaijani armed forces opened fire on the combat positions of the Armenian Armed Forces located in the eastern part of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, using various calibers of firearms.

In response, the fire from the adversary was subdued through counteractions. There were no casualties reported on the Armenian side.

The Ministry of Defense of Armenia calls on Azerbaijan's defense department to refrain from provocative actions aimed at escalating the situation.
