Interesting Situation in Noyemberyan: Here the Civil Contract Will Become the Opposition

The newspaper "Pahst" reports: An interesting situation has emerged in the consolidated community of Noyemberyan following the results of the elections held on December 5. The Civil Contract party is in the lead with 43.75% of the votes. However, it appears that the ruling party will not succeed in securing a mayor.

The reason is that the other two parties, the "Country of Life" and the "Alliance for the Protection of Democracy in the Republic" parties, can together achieve an absolute majority, having received 29.55% and 26.67% of the votes, respectively.

According to reports from "Pahst," active negotiations are currently underway between these two political forces to form a coalition and establish community authority. Our sources indicate that an announcement regarding cooperation will be made in the next 2-3 days, and in Noyemberyan, the Civil Contract will revert to its more familiar status, in other words, become the opposition.

It should be noted that the list of the "Country of Life" party was led by former mayor of Kogb Arsen Aghababyan, while the list of the "Alliance for the Protection of Democracy in the Republic" was led by businessman and former banking official Mher Aghamyan.
