The newspaper 'Hraparak' reports: 'One of the unexpected results of the local self-government elections on Sunday was in the Parakar community of the Armavir region, where the ruling Civil Contract party suffered a defeat. The leading party is 'Living Land,' which received 48.94% of the votes. The first candidate on the list is Volodya Grigoryan, the son of the current head of the Mrdazavan community, Levon Grigoryan. The incumbent community mayor ran with his 'David Minasyan Alliance' and received 23.51%, while the Civil Contract party, represented by candidate Lyudvig Gyulnazaryan, got 27.54%.
