What Condition Was Found in the Bread Factory: Operations Suspended

The State Food Safety Inspection Body has conducted an oversight at the bread factory owned by 'Anamel' LLC and discovered gross violations of sanitary and hygienic norms established by legal acts. This has been reported by the SFIB.

In particular, it was found that the production, auxiliary, and domestic areas require renovation, there is no protection against cross-contamination, and all equipment, tools, utensils, and containers that come into direct contact with food are not subject to proper cleaning and disinfection. Additionally, the domestic areas do not meet hygiene requirements, and there are no waterproof, lid-sealed waste collection containers.

By the decision of the SFIB director, the production activities of the bread factory owned by 'Anamel' LLC have been suspended, and a deadline has been set to eliminate the identified violations.
