Any Authorization for Alternative Cargo Transportation is Treason, Says Lawyer on Azerbaijani Cargo Transit through Armenia

Any agreement that allows for the transportation of cargo from another country's territory through Armenia while ignoring the General Rules presented below would directly justify the assertion that the authority granting such permission has renounced its jurisdiction over part of its sovereign territory, which constitutes treason according to the criminal code.

This was stated by lawyer Amram Makinyan on his Facebook page.

The Eurasian Economic Union operates a unified customs regulation, which includes the regulation of relationships regarding the transfer of goods across the customs border of the Union, as well as their presence and use within the customs territory of the Union or outside its borders, customs declaration and release procedures...
