The Government's Night Meeting: What Was Discussed
The newspaper "Zhoghovurd" reports that according to information from ArmLur.am, last night, prior to late evening, the parliamentary faction of the ruling Civil Contract party convened a meeting. It has been revealed that the government representatives discussed the results of Deputy Prime Minister Mh er Grigoryan's visit to Russia.
Sources indicate that Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Defense Minister Suren Papikyan primarily spoke during the meeting, stating that a unified decision must be made regarding several points that Mh er Grigoryan will present to the established commission in the near future. Attendees got the impression that a document is being prepared for signature, about which there is no substantive understanding or discussion.
Our information suggests that from now on, the so-called 'ominous' documents will be signed not by Prime Minister Pashinyan, but presumably by Mh er Grigoryan and Suren Papikyan. It seems that the inertia of capitulation and the ongoing transfer of our country's territories has not ceased; however, this process will no longer revolve around a single figure, namely Pashinyan, but will become multi-vector, which will create a more blurred image favorable to the current government.
In parallel, it should be noted that yesterday the Secretary of the Security Council, Armen Grigoryan, stated that it has not been possible to reach an agreement with Azerbaijan regarding the document, and that announcement raised concerns about the extraordinary session of the parliamentary faction of the Civil Contract party.
