Azerbaijanis Kill Peaceful Resident of Artsakh: Results of Sochi's 'Effective' Meeting, MP Says

Elinar Vardanyan, a member of the 'Armenia' bloc, wrote on her Facebook page: 'Today, on December 3, 2021, representatives of the Azerbaijani armed forces killed a 65-year-old peaceful resident of the town of Chartar. Azerbaijani soldiers entered the neutral zone and inflicted violence on the peaceable resident who worked in livestock breeding, transferred him to an Azerbaijani outpost, and unlawfully and deliberately deprived him of his life.

This is the outcome of the 'effective' meeting in Sochi. I do not know if this issue will be included in the agenda of discussions at the level of deputy prime ministers or not, but one thing is clear: the Sochi negotiations were only 'effective' for our authorities; the other side likely has its own plans that do not fit into Nikol's proposed 'peace agenda at all costs.'
