Man Who Drowned in Water Conduit Considered Missing

On December 1, at 10:05 AM, a woman reported to the police operational management center that there was a drowned person near the dam in the water conduit in the village of Hovtashen. This is reported by the Police of the Republic of Armenia.

The report was immediately forwarded to the Artashat police division, and operational-investigative and rescue teams were dispatched to the scene. During the inspection of the site, a man's body was found near the dam of the water conduit.

As a result of joint efforts by officers of the Artashat and Malatya police divisions, it was determined that the body discovered was that of 67-year-old Grigor Kokikian, who had been reported missing by the Malatya police division since November 5. This information was provided by the police.
