Difficult Roads in the Republic: Current Situation

The Road Department Foundation informs that as of December 2, at 20:15, there is black ice on the roads in the Vanadzor, Tumanyana, and Ashotsq regions. The mountain passes of Spitak and Stepanavan are difficult to traverse for heavy transport.

Other interstate and national significance roads are open.

Employees of the Road Maintenance and Operation Division of the Road Department Foundation are monitoring the cleaning and treatment work of the roads with salt and sand by the contractor organizations in several regions of the republic and will issue the necessary instructions on-site in case of any deficiencies.
