5.1 Magnitude Earthquake Hits Turkey

On the morning of November 30, a 5.1 magnitude earthquake was recorded in western Turkey. According to CNN Turk, strong seismic tremors were felt near the city of Urla (Izmir province) on the Aegean Sea coast, as reported by Armenpress.

Following the main quake, tremors of magnitudes 4.3 and 2.8 occurred. As per the information from the governor of Izmir province, there have been no reports of casualties or damage so far, TASS reported.
