New Rules Starting January 1: What Is Required to Access Public Dining Venues? The Minister Clarifies

A draft is being circulated which states that starting January 1, citizens will be able to visit public dining establishments, cultural and other communal venues only with a negative PCR test result or if they are vaccinated. This was announced by the Armenian Minister of Health, Anahit Avanesyan, during a press conference.

The Minister acknowledged that these restrictions may cause certain inconveniences, but emphasized that public health matters are at stake, and they believe such measures are necessary. "Citizens who, for various reasons, cannot get vaccinated, must present a negative PCR test result," noted Anahit Avanesyan.
