ECHR Grants Urgent Measures for Four Captured Soldiers Following Armenian Human Rights Advocates' Appeal

The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has granted an urgent measures request regarding four soldiers captured in Azerbaijan, following an appeal from Armenian human rights defenders Artak Zeynalyan and Siranush Sahakyan. This was reported by "Lurer".

The advocates filed a complaint with the ECHR on November 16, demanding the protection of fundamental rights for the Armenian soldiers captured during Azerbaijan's aggressive actions in Armenia's sovereign territory.

A legal team represented the four soldiers in their application to the ECHR, while the representative of Armenia addressed the cases of the other soldiers.
