Court Ruling in Kocharyan and Others' Case to be Announced Tomorrow

The Court of Appeals of the Republic of Armenia continued hearings today regarding the prosecution and victims' appeals against the dismissal of the "March 1" case.

In the previous session, the prosecutor Gevorg Baghdasaryan had submitted a motion to refer the matter to the Constitutional Court, citing the decision made by the European Court of Human Rights on October 21 regarding the case of "Dareskizb" LLC against Armenia. The discussion focused on whether the translation of that ruling is official or not.

Today's discussion further examined this issue. After hearing from the procedural parties, the court retired to the deliberation room to make a decision. The ruling will be published tomorrow, November 26, at 17:00.
