The Case of 'Patron David' is Being Artificially Delayed: 'Fact'
The newspaper 'Fact' reports that the criminal case related to David Galstyan, the leader of the company supplying weapons to Armenia (known as Patron David), seems to be stalled. There is an opinion among the legal community that the case is being investigated yet artificially delayed. In an interview with 'Fact', Galstyan's lawyer, Armen Harutyunyan, agreed with these observations:
"In this regard, I cannot help but express concern, because, in essence, there are no proceedings or investigative actions involving David Galstyan taking place. The most important aspect that needs to be clarified in the criminal case is the quality of the product, which has been completely neglected, and no actions are being taken in this direction. Numerous petitions and appeals also remain unanswered and without consequences," said Harutyunyan.
