Schools in Stepanakert to Transition to Online Learning

The Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Artsakh announces: "Dear teachers, beloved students, during the meeting held on November 19 of this year in the Government of Artsakh concerning the monitoring of the Covid-19 situation, the following decision was made regarding the organization of classes in Artsakh’s general education schools. From November 22 to December 4, all general education schools in Stepanakert will transition to online learning.

Schools in the regions of Artsakh will continue to operate in-person while adhering to anti-epidemic regulations. However, schools where cases of the coronavirus pandemic are registered will also transition to online learning. The work of preschool institutions will remain suspended. Given the concerning statistics regarding the spread of the pandemic and recorded deaths, the Ministry of Health of Artsakh urges the public to adhere to anti-epidemic regulations and to get vaccinated in order to restore normal activities in the republic."
