A Private Plane from Ankara Lands in Yerevan

The "Liberation" movement reports: "A private plane departing from Ankara is landing in Yerevan. Who is aboard the plane?"

In an interview with Auroranews, Stepan Payaslian, the Acting Head of the Air Transport Regulation Department of the Civil Aviation Committee, confirmed the circulated information.

He also added that such flights have occurred over the years and it is possible that a private plane was ordered from Armenia to go to another country, and the plane is coming from Ankara for that purpose.

According to Payaslian, there is nothing unusual about this situation.
