Video: The Caucasian Leopard and Its Cubs – New Footage Captured in Armenian Nature

Arman Mkrtchyan, the director of the "Zangezur" Biosphere Complex, filmed the Caucasian leopard with its cubs during a nighttime patrol. Nature is recovering, and this rare footage of the leopard obliges us to be more vigilant moving forward and to strengthen the protection system of the "Zangezur" Biosphere Complex.

It is important to note that Armenia is home to the Caucasian subspecies of leopard (Panthera pardus tulliana), which is listed in the Red Book of Armenia and classified as "critical" on the Red List of the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN).
