Tension in Parliament: Confrontation Between Journalists and MP

In Parliament, journalists attempted to ask the MP from the ruling faction, Vahegan Aleksanyan, about the situation at the border, the number of casualties, missing persons, and prisoners from the Armenian side.

In response to all questions, the ruling faction MP accused the journalists of acting on orders from outside and talking to MPs with "ultimatums." Vahegan Aleksanyan also urged journalists to follow the official messages written in Mesropian Armenian letters.

"I clearly understand that you are fulfilling political orders. The videos of Armenian prisoners of war and depicting Armenian soldiers in a bad light are orders from abroad," he said.
