Issues Related to Armenian Prisoners Detained by Azerbaijan Discussed: Armenian Ombudsman

The Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan held a telephone discussion today with the acting head of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) delegation in Armenia, Miriame El Kholli.

During the conversation, they addressed issues concerning the Armenian prisoners detained by Azerbaijan on and prior to November 16.
