Armen Grigoryan Accuses Azerbaijan at CIS Security Secretaries Meeting
On November 17, Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan participated in the 9th meeting of the Security Council Secretaries of the CIS member states in Moscow. This information was provided by the Security Council's office.
In his speech, Secretary Grigoryan addressed various issues, including the incursion of Azerbaijani forces into the territory of the Republic of Armenia and the situation along the Armenia-Azerbaijan border. He specifically noted that Azerbaijan not only fails to adhere to the ceasefire regime but also does not comply with the agreements reached as a result of these discussions. The military actions undertaken by Azerbaijan are viewed by Armenia as a step towards undermining the territorial integrity of the Republic of Armenia.
Grigoryan emphasized that Armenia remains committed to the peace process and is ready to begin the demarcation and delimitation process, but at the same time, it will decisively repel any military aggression from its borders.
Regarding the unblocking of communication channels, Grigoryan mentioned that Armenia places great importance on the format established at the level of deputy prime ministers and is prepared to make every effort to ensure the consistent implementation of the agreements reached on November 9 and January 11.
