Byurakan residents are protesting against the acting community head, Radik Gevorgyan. The participants in the demonstration claim they were satisfied with the previous community head, but recently his term ended, after which Gevorgyan was appointed as acting head. According to Byurakan residents, Gevorgyan boasted that he is a friend of the Prime Minister.

The residents continued, “The people do not accept you, do not love you, do not respect you. I swear, how can we explain to you that we did not elect you, brother. You will not have respect here; if you want to stay, do something about it.”
