Six Villages Isolated Following Establishment of Azerbaijani Checkpoint on Kapan-Jakaten Road
The establishment of an Azerbaijani checkpoint on the Kapan-Jakaten highway has resulted in the isolation of six Armenian villages. These villages include Jakaten, Srashen, Shikahogh, Nerk’in Hand, Tsav, and Shishkert.
This information was reported by Sputnik Armenia.
Currently, it is impossible to reach these villages via the Kapan-Meghri interstate highway. Access is only possible through a detour that significantly increases the distance.
