The newspaper "Hraparak" reports: "The day before yesterday, elections were held in the Arzni community for vacant seats in the council. Leading with 116 votes is nonpartisan Artashes Lalayan. The absurdity is that a certain Polina Ivanova was nominated as a council candidate from the CP but received 0 votes; thus, she evidently did not even vote for herself.

Additionally, the zero votes for the CP in the village of Vanek in Syunik have caused significant resonance online, where Gevorg Parsyan received 41 votes." Details in the newspaper's current issue.
