Armen Grigoryan Hosts Sergey Kopirkin

On November 16, Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan met with Sergey Kopirkin, the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Armenia. The situation along the Armenia-Azerbaijan border was the focal point of the meeting.

In this context, both sides emphasized the necessity of promptly commencing the border demarcation and delimitation processes.

The interlocutors reaffirmed the comprehensive implementation of the earlier reached agreement, specifically concerning the exchange of prisoners of war in the format of “all for all.”

The discussions also touched upon the unblocking of communication routes.
