58 People in One Day: The Progress of Coronavirus Disease in Armenia

As of November 16, Armenia has confirmed 527 new cases of coronavirus infection, bringing the total number of infected individuals to 329,913. According to the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia, 52 citizens have died from the virus within one day, increasing the death toll to 7,107.

Additionally, six patients infected with the coronavirus have died from other illnesses in the same timeframe, raising the total number of such deaths to 1,385 as of November 16. In total, 58 people have died in one day, making the overall death count reach 8,492.

Furthermore, 1,617 individuals have recovered in one day, resulting in a total of 297,339 recoveries, while the number of actively treated patients stands at 24,082. A total of 7,699 tests were conducted within the day, with the overall number of tests conducted to date reaching 2,260,268.
