It turns out they knew but denied it. The Defense Ministry denied last night the information that Azerbaijani armored vehicles had entered our territory, but today the Security Council issued a statement noting that they invaded our territory with armored vehicles. The troops are being commanded by the General Staff, but the Defense Ministry is being removed from the invasion decisions.
