Azerbaijan's MFA Response to Recent Events on Border with Armenia

Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry spokesperson Leyla Abdullayeva has denied allegations of Azerbaijani military incursion into Armenian territory, warning that Azerbaijan is taking "appropriate measures in response to Armenia's provocations." She asserted that "Azerbaijani servicemen are fulfilling their duties within Azerbaijani territory," once again placing the entire responsibility for the incident on the "Armenian military-political leadership."
