Police Detains Gevorg Parsiian's Associate in Kapan

In Kapan, the police have detained a citizen from a polling station. This information was reported by a NEWS.am correspondent from Kapan.
Aleksandr Grigoryan, an associate of the current mayor Gevorg Parsiian, was detained from the 35/10 polling station.
The police state that he was taken in on suspicions of misconduct; however, the suspicion has been denied at the police station, and he has been released.
