I Don't Know How Much Customs Duty They Should Pay: Syunik Governor on Azerbaijani Checkpoints

We are concerned, but we are working to resolve all issues. This was stated by Syunik Governor Melikshet Poghosyan in an interview with Tert.am, referring to the Azerbaijani checkpoints that were installed on the Goris-Kapan interstate highway last night.

The governor mentioned that currently, issues related to supplies to adjacent villages have been resolved. “The issue with supplies has been addressed; there was a problem with vehicles and fuel, which we have provided,” he stated.

When asked what currency and how much customs duty Armenian citizens should pay in their own territory, the Syunik governor replied, “I am not aware of what currency and how much customs duty they should pay.”
