Yesterday, the defense attorneys of former Minister of Defense Davit Tonoyan issued a statement that a weapons examination is not being conducted, as it has been entrusted to a non-competent person, and Tonoyan is not being allowed to participate in the examination. This indicates that the aim is to keep him detained throughout the pre-trial proceedings.'
