VIDEO. 18+. Camera Captures Tragic Hit-and-Run Incident

According to Samshyan.com, the officers from the Criminal Investigation Department of the Hrazdan Police and investigators from the Yerevan Investigative Department of Armenia's Investigative Committee have identified the driver and his vehicle involved in the hit-and-run incident that left 61-year-old Telman G. injured on November 7 in the city of Hrazdan.

As reported by a photojournalist, the perpetrator was identified as 59-year-old Zhora E., a resident of Kotayk Province, who was driving a VAZ 2107 model vehicle. He was located near the 'Kakos Bridge' in the Jrarat neighborhood. Following the investigator's instructions, the vehicle has been moved to a secure area at the Hrazdan Police Department.
