VIDEO: Residents in Russia Shot Elevator Repairmen Over Excess Noise

In Balashikha, near Moscow, residents shot at elevator repairmen due to excessive noise.

On Chistopolskaya Street, the building's elevators began to be quickly replaced, reportedly by order of the governor. The elevator repairmen were granted permission to work at night because residents were climbing the stairs, but their noise started to disturb neighbors.

Initially, residents called the police, but after that, a fight broke out between the workers and the residents. When the repairmen proved stronger, they retaliated against the residents. Left with no other option, the residents returned to the scene armed.
