Ukraine Plans to Increase Bayraktar Drone Fleet

Ukraine intends to increase the number of Turkish Bayraktar drones in its possession. This was announced by the Chief of the General Staff of the country's armed forces, Sergey Shaptala. He detailed that Kyiv is acquiring these unmanned aerial vehicles for military needs, and the Turkish drones have already been integrated into the Ukrainian armed forces. Shaptala also mentioned that their numbers are only going to increase.

Regarding the use of Bayraktar drones in Donbass, Shaptala stated that it was a decision made by the Commander-in-Chief of the Army. “It was the Commander-in-Chief's decision. We saw on the screens that there was fire against our soldiers,” emphasized the head of the Ukrainian Armed Forces General Staff.
