Residential House Burns Down; Owner's Body Found Inside

On November 3, at 21:16, the regional emergency situations department of Martuni received information about a fire that broke out in the Kaghartsi community area of the Martuni region.

According to preliminary data, a residential house was burning, with an elderly woman inside. The State Emergency Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Artsakh reported that two fire-fighting units from the Martuni regional emergency situations department were immediately dispatched to the scene to assist the population and contain the fire.

Five residents from the Kaghartsi community also aided in firefighting efforts. The fire was contained at 22:50 and extinguished by 00:30. A two-story residential house belonging to N.G., a resident of Kaghartsi, was completely burned down, and her body was found inside.

The fire safety and technical security inspection of the service is conducting an investigation into the case.
