Human Rights Defender Presents Azerbaijani Deployments on Google Earth Map

The Human Rights Defender, Arman Tatoyan, stated on his Facebook page:

“I am publishing: 1) The results of our year-long continuous fact-finding efforts and numerous border visits, available in English interactively on the GOOGLE EARTH MAP at https://earth.google.com/.../data.... The map (example from Gegharkunik and Syunik regions) displays Azerbaijani deployments marked by conditional yellow tents. Beneath the existing signs, there are even genuine photographic evidence. 2) An urgent report on the pressing necessity for a demilitarized zone in areas of contact with Azerbaijani military forces, grounded on specific facts for the protection of the rights of the population in Armenia. You can find the report here (132 pages). Both the map and the report will also be separately sent to Armenian state bodies, NGOs, and international organizations tomorrow.”
