VIDEO: "Bring my son back, then talk to me" – Tense situation in front of the government building
Relatives of missing soldiers have blocked Tigran Mets Avenue adjacent to the government. They demand that the Prime Minister meet with them and answer their questions.
The police have formed several lines to create a chain. One of the participants in the action addressed the police, stating, "You are more than us right now, you are just executing the words of a coward – Nikol. If he is a good guy, let him talk to us for once." Another woman said, "How long are we going to remain like this, wandering without any resolutions to our questions? My son is missing."
The police attempted to convince the parents of the missing soldiers to leave the street, but they remained unyielding. "Respect my demand; we call upon all parents to paralyze all streets. If this government does not understand that a parent's voice should be heard, and a compromise can be reached, then we call on to block central streets in various cities," said one of the participants in the action.
The police began to push the participants out of the street, which led to a scuffle. "Bring my son back, then talk to me," shouted a man.
