Applications for New Support Program for Displaced Persons from Artsakh Open Today

Applications for a new support program aimed at citizens displaced from the Republic of Artsakh or those who have lost residential real estate in Artsakh will be accepted starting from October 28, as announced by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of Armenia.

Beneficiaries can apply online through the website oloe.ssa.am. The funds will be disbursed electronically by transferring them to the beneficiary's bank card.

It is noteworthy that under this program, financial assistance will be provided to those displaced due to the war from the Republic of Artsakh or who have lost residential real estate in Artsakh (those who received support of 300,000 or 250,000 drams under the support programs for the Artsakh Armenians) who are currently residing in the Republic of Armenia or in Artsakh.

The support will be provided for 4 months, for each month from September to December 2021: 50,000 drams for children and persons with 1st or 2nd group disabilities, and 25,000 drams for other beneficiaries (women, men, including pensioners).

Beneficiaries also include children born after September 27, 2020, whose parent submits an application for financial assistance and is a recipient of the aforementioned benefits (300,000 or 250,000 drams). Monthly financial assistance designated for a child under 18 will be provided to their legal representative: parent, adoptive parent, guardian, or curator.
