Armenia’s parliamentary member Arekhnaz Manukyan stated: "The enemy fires from inside and outside. The Nikol regime has destroyed people's trust in state institutions, particularly in the army. The propaganda has zeroed out the faith in official information. This is precisely why yesterday people were seeking information from other sources about what happened in Artsakh.

The damage they have caused is greater than the destruction from Azerbaijani shells and bullets, since one can respond to a shell with another shell, and to a bullet with another bullet, but restoring faith in the state will be a much more difficult task."
