Azerbaijan's Ministry of Defense Issues Statement: Another Absurdity

Azerbaijan's Ministry of Defense accuses the Artsakh Defense Army of attempting to carry out a 'terrorist' act using an ambulance, claiming they opened fire this morning.

This new dose of Azerbaijani absurdity states: 'On the morning of October 15, members of the illegal Armenian armed group attempted to commit a 'terrorist' act towards Martakert using an ambulance. Thanks to the vigilance of our military personnel and measures taken, this attempt was thwarted, and the 'militants' inside the vehicle were forced to turn back. We declare that the use of civilian ambulances for military purposes is strictly unacceptable, a method typical of terrorists and a gross violation of international humanitarian law. Once again, we warn that any terrorist and diversionary actions will be suppressed by us immediately and resolutely.'

It should be noted that earlier we reported that on October 15, around 09:00, Azerbaijani armed forces opened fire on the sanitary vehicle of the Defense Army positioned in the northeastern direction of the Republic of Artsakh. There were no casualties on the Armenian side.
