Do Not Submit Applications at the Employer's Demand: Lawyer Reports Employers Are Forcing Vaccination

Many citizens have approached the "Agla Lawyers" law firm, informing them that they have serious health issues after vaccination and their well-being is deteriorating.
A group of citizens has also reported that employers are speaking very rudely to them, insulting them, and are forcing them not to take tests but to be vaccinated, as they do not "want to check test results every two weeks."
Some employers have begun to offer cheap testing services to employees, compelling them to take tests at specified places.
The fact that the employer supposedly "takes care" of providing cheap testing during collective testing does not mean that they are doing a favor.
Here’s why.
According to Article 25, paragraph 4 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, "No one may be subjected to scientific, medical, or other experimentation without their free and informed consent. The person is informed in advance about the possible consequences of such experiments."
To date, there is no certificate regarding tests or any vaccine being tested on humanity indicating that they have undergone clinical trials, and what is happening now is not clinical trial.
No competent and responsible person has presented or can present evidence in this regard.
On the contrary, five vaccines against coronavirus are being used in Armenia: AstraZeneca, Sputnik-V, CoronaVac, and Sinopharm, and Moderna vaccine has been imported to Armenia since October 5, whose clinical trials have not been completed. Moreover, the shelf life of the Moderna vaccine will end in late January 2022.
Regarding the Moderna vaccine, Finland, Sweden, and Denmark’s health authorities, citing the "Scandinavian study," have stopped using the Moderna vaccine for all young people and children.
Therefore, both testing and vaccination are medical interventions, rather clinical trials, for which written consent from the citizen is necessary. And for damages caused to health as a result of the trial, the state is obliged to compensate.
In this case, when citizens are demanded to give written consent that they are vaccinated voluntarily, the state is relieving itself from responsibility and compensation for the harm caused to their health.
It is no coincidence that today efforts are being made to attribute the deterioration of health and deaths to accompanying diseases.
The question arises: if accompanying diseases can lead to death upon contracting the coronavirus, why isn’t an appropriate examination done before vaccination and artificially infecting a person to determine whether the vaccination will cause irreversible consequences in the presence of the identified diseases?
On the contrary, hospitals have received verbal orders not to provide certificates regarding contraindications. And citizens with severe health issues are being persuaded by doctors that this does not prevent them from being vaccinated, and only those with strict contraindications, such as individuals who experienced hemorrhagic shock after the first dose, can be exempted from vaccination.
According to point 4.4 of Order N 65, the medical contraindications for vaccinations against COVID-19 are as follows:
1) Absolute contraindications
a. Documented severe allergic reactions or anaphylaxis caused by the previous dose or any component of the vaccine (including urticaria, wheezing, swelling of the mouth and throat, difficulty breathing, hypotension, and shock).
This means that the person sitting in the chair of the Minister of Health needs evidence of severe contraindications obtained at the cost of life.
To the person sitting in the Minister of Health's chair and the prime minister occupying the top chair, one must ask: who will be held accountable for this crime, for this genocide?
Dear citizens, regarding the aforementioned serious issues, I would like to say this: all citizens who have health issues after vaccination can file a report about committing a crime aimed at intentionally harming their health. Precisely because all responsible officials in the field clearly understand what they are injecting into citizens and the serious consequences that the vaccination will have.
Regarding the insults and rudeness by employers: the employer must respect the dignity and rights of the employee. All employers should first provide in writing which provision of the labor code they are using to intimidate employees with dismissals or withholding salaries.
Write applications stating that you refuse to be vaccinated and take tests as you do not want to become a subject of clinical trials.
Do not submit applications for resignation at the employer's request or recommendation and do not deprive yourself of the opportunity to contest the illegal actions of the employer.
Protect your rights, be conscious, and do not allow yourself to be treated as laboratory material.
They shout and insult out of helplessness because they have no legal basis to finish this illegality, and they hope to achieve their goals by creating an atmosphere of fear.
Those who are conscious will live, and those who are meek or unaware have become subjects of experimentation, and other vaccines will follow.
This is not a fight for employment; this is a fight for life.
