A Significant Wave of Discontent is Rising Among Soldiers
The newspaper "Pasts" reports, "It is no secret that after the 44-day war in 2020, Nikol Pashinyan and his team have been systematically looking for and designating 'culprits' in order to distance themselves from blame and responsibility.
It is clear that the representatives of the ruling Civil Contract party understand very well that after a change of power, the true reasons behind the war and the capitulatory defeat will be revealed. For this reason, they are trying in every way to fabricate false cases, make fiery 'accusatory' statements, and place the blame specifically on the military leadership, the officers, and the previous authorities.
In particular, the government's plans include portraying the victory of the April 2016 war as a failure of the previous authorities, as well as recognizing the disgraceful capitulation in the 44-day war as the fault of the same 'former authorities.'
According to our sources close to the government, no matter how much law enforcement agencies try to convince the military to give false testimonies against representatives of the previous authorities, so far, nothing has been successful. Even with some promises, the authorities are unable to achieve their goals. Moreover, according to our information, a significant wave of discontent is rising among soldiers against all of this."
