If the employer keeps the register as prescribed by the minister's order, no one has the right to fine them, lawyer says
Lawyer and member of the "Hayastan" alliance, Robert Hayrapetyan, wrote on his Facebook page: "Starting tomorrow, employers are required to maintain a registration log where they must record the details of employees who have been vaccinated or have taken a PCR test. If the employer is keeping the register as prescribed by the minister's order and has appointed a responsible person, then no one has the right to fine them.
Yes, the employer is obliged to maintain the register as per the minister's order, but they cannot be fined for its contents. For instance, if you are maintaining this register and you fail to note a negative test result or vaccination status next to the employee's name, any administrative act drawn up against you is invalid. Such is the obligation placed on employers by the minister's order. Maintaining the register means you are complying with the requirements of the order."
