VIDEO: "Mowgli" in Estonia. Authorities Detain Naked Man Armed with Knife
In Estonia, a naked man allegedly armed with a knife has been detained. According to Sputnik Meedia, the incident occurred in one of the neighborhoods in Tallinn. A video has surfaced on social media showing Estonian police attempting to apprehend the naked man using electric shock weapons.
It is reported that the authorities eventually managed to detain the so-called "Mowgli."
